Marvellous location at a medium distance from Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. 15 minutes walking from the but station. Delicious food plus very polite staff. Fairly quiet room with free wifi as expected...

The room was spacious with a reasonable degree of comfort; bathroom ok but lacking in shelving space.
While looking at a brochure in the room highlighting hotel facilities, it became obvious that there must be two different halves: the half we were in was the older & needed some attention; the other half appeared modern, stylish & new with upmarket rooms - suppose a different price. Not bad for e65 b&b & the breakfast was good. The hotel is not well situated being too far from the town centre - so walking out at night looking for restaurants was impossible requiring taxi travel.

I stayed in a twin-bed room, which is old and shabby. The bathroom is definitely below normal standard. Though it is near to the tram (metro)station, I don't recommend it to other travellers.

We found the staff pleasant and helpful. We loved its being a football hotel - and all taxi drivers adored driving us there! Food above average and impeccably clean. We went away travelling around Tunisia for a week, and were very pleased we had booked to stay in the hotel again when we got back, as if it had been a sort of home, and that only after a stay of four days. The hotel is excellent value for money, and we felt very lucky to have found it.
We usually go for old hotels rather than new ones, and this is a new one. We had a problem with a leaking toilet, but they fixed it pretty quickly.

Its location is very central: you can easily take a tram to the medina or take a cab for little money.
The staff was not very friendly, but in my experience this tends to be the case in most Tunesian hotels.
